What to Expect When You Contact Us

When you reach out, we'll typically respond within one business day. Our initial conversation will be informal and there's no obligation to proceed with our services. We simply want to understand your situation and explain how we might be able to help.

If you're writing to us by email, it's helpful to include a brief description of the benefit or pension you're interested in claiming, along with any key details about your circumstances. This allows us to provide more specific guidance in our response.

For those who prefer in-person consultations, we're located in central Belfast with easy access to public transport. Our office is accessible and we're happy to make any necessary arrangements to ensure you're comfortable during your visit.

Before Your First Consultation

If you decide to schedule a consultation, there's no need to bring extensive documentation to the first meeting. We'll simply discuss your situation and identify which documents will be necessary later in the process.

However, if you have any previous correspondence from government departments regarding benefits or pensions, bringing those along can be helpful. Similarly, if you've already attempted to apply for a benefit and were denied, the decision letter will give us valuable context.

Most consultations last between 45 minutes and an hour. We'll use this time to understand your circumstances, explain the relevant application processes, and answer any questions you might have about how we work.

The information provided on this website is for general guidance purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional legal or financial advice. Outcomes of benefit claims and appeals may vary depending on individual circumstances, and we cannot guarantee specific results. We recommend consulting with a qualified specialist to discuss your particular situation before making any decisions regarding social benefit applications.
